In Britain, can block access to The Pirate Bay

This week in London was made a Supreme Court ruling concerning the well-known to all of us share The Pirate Bay. The decision was expected: as the resource itself and its users were found to have violated copyright laws. According to the court and The Pirate Bay and violate the rights of users just nine British labels, not to mention the international companies. Also in the decision states that the administration of the service, if desired, could avoid copyright infringement, and therefore, the laws relating to copyright protection.

Google was fined 500,000 euros for a free API Google Maps

Commercial Court of Paris ordered Google to pay € 500 000 fine for allowing free use of Google Maps. The company filed for Bottin Cartographes Google in court, because they undermine competition in the market and want to monopolize.
